We hope you are happy with the items you purchased, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, no problem! You can return or replace any item, as long as it is unused, and undamaged. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Please note: the returned items must be returned in the original package within which they were shipped. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@massa.shop with your order number, details of the item you wish to replace/return and the reason. We will contact you within two business days and coordinate the replace/return item.  Shipping costs are excluded from all refunds even if your order included free shipping.

Sale items
Items purchased on sale can be returned within 7 business days from their delivery. There will be no refund option for items purchased on sale. A customer can choose to exchange the items purchased on sale to a different size or design or to receive a store credit. Clients are responsible for any exchange shipping charges.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Your refund will be transferred within 14 days after the we receive your returned item, in accordance with the guidelines provided by credit card companies. The refund will be made under the same conditions in which the original transaction was committed (if paid in installments, the refund will also be made in installments).
