Where can I buy MASSA products?
You can purchase our products directly from our website or find us on Etsy. Our studio, located in Tel Aviv at 84 Derech Ben zvi, is where we create and stock everything. If you'd like to see the products in person, you can schedule an appointment to visit our studio.
Can I request a custom order?
Yes. Please reach out to us with your specific requirements, and we will be happy to discuss the details and provide you with a quote. Please note that custom orders may have different processing times and pricing, depending on the complexity of the request.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Most of our items are ready to ship and in stock. We prioritize processing and shipping orders promptly, typically within a few days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details.
How do I care for and clean my pottery items?
Our pottery items are designed for convenience and durability. We recommend cleaning them in the dishwasher for thorough and effortless cleaning. They are also safe for use in the oven and microwave, providing versatility for your daily needs. After use, make sure to store them in a dry place once they are completely dry. Handle with care to prevent any accidental damage.
Are the pieces safe to eat from?
All of the items are safe and perfectly healthy to eat from and heat up. They contain no lead, aluminum, or any other toxic chemicals whatsoever.
Can there be differences between the pieces?
Certainly! Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight variations in appearance may occur between each piece. These subtle differences contribute to the unique and beautiful character of our pottery. Rest assured, each item is created with care and attention to detail, ensuring its quality and individuality.
Why are handmade ceramic products pricier than machine-made ones?
Handmade ceramics are priced higher due to the intricate manufacturing process and the unique touch of artistry. Unlike machines that reproduce pieces, our handmade items are crafted by skilled artisans. Each piece reflects their time, experience, and individualized attention. The magic of handmade lies in the artistic expression and craftsmanship that sets them apart from mass-produced items.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your pottery item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to discuss the issue. We accept returns and will work with you to find a suitable solution, based on the circumstances.
What if the package is lost or damaged in transit?
We take great care in packaging and shipping our items to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the rare event of a lost or damaged package, please reach out to us with the relevant details and any supporting documentation. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement.
What is your policy for returned packages due to incorrect address or customer refusal?
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer or if the customer refuses the package, the buyer will be eligible for a refund of the item cost, minus a $25 processing and shipping fee for the return. Once we receive the returned package and check its condition, the refund will be issued.
